If, in our reasonable opinion and compared to the average numbers in your type of user accounts, your use of our service is excessive, we may ask you to moderate your usage or upgrade to a paid account plan.

10. If this agreement is terminated by rssinclude.com or by you for any reason, you agree to remove RSSbox code from all of your web sites and other items.

We reserve the right to block and ban users who do not agree with this term. You may request exceptions to this term by contacting us. You agree not to remove our backlink from the free RSSbox.

12. You agree to NOT use the services in any way that violates the terms of this agreement and you do NOT try to overcome limitations imposed by our services our your type of user account.
